As regards terms, I would allow you 2 Commission on the orders you send me, without other compensation for postage, telegrams or other

expenses.

You would receive samples free. Customers original orders to be sent to me, and my invoices to be sent through you. These are the same terms, as I have with my other agents, and which I suppose you will find satisfactory.
